Riffwise is currently in a free private beta. No paid subscription is available yet, so there is currently nothing to cancel or refund.
When paid plans launch
Paid subscriptions are planned to be sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Checkout, invoices, tax handling, cancellation, and eligible refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy.
Cancellation
You will be able to cancel a subscription at any time through the customer billing portal. Access will normally continue until the end of the paid billing period, and the subscription will not renew.
Refund requests
If the service does not work as described, contact us promptly with the account email and a short explanation. Refund requests will be assessed fairly in line with applicable consumer law and Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms. This policy does not limit mandatory rights available to you.
Usage charges
Unused monthly generations do not carry over and are not redeemable for cash. Any future change to paid plan limits or pricing will be shown before it applies.
