These terms govern your use of the Riffwise website and Chrome extension. By using Riffwise, you agree to them.
The service
Riffwise generates writing suggestions from text and context you provide. The output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing every draft and deciding whether it is appropriate before inserting or publishing it. Riffwise does not publish social-media posts automatically.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your account, and activity performed through it. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Plans and payments
The private beta is currently free. If paid plans launch, prices and included usage will be shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions will be sold and administered by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Its checkout terms and tax treatment will also apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Fair use
You may not resell access, bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, or use Riffwise for illegal, deceptive, harassing, or harmful activity. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Riffwise and its branding, software, and site content remain the property of the operator and licensors. You retain responsibility for the material you submit and the output you choose to use. You grant Riffwise only the limited permission needed to process submitted text and operate the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, and beta access may be interrupted or withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
Access may be suspended for security concerns, non-payment, or a material breach of these terms. Updated terms will be posted here, with notice where a change materially affects your rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Cyprus, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
